Submit your project proposal

The cooperation programme Interreg V-A Italy-Austria finances projects that have a concrete cross-border approach and bring cross-border added value to the entire cooperation area. Accordingly, only those projects whose cross-border project partnership consists of at least one Italian and one Austrian partner are eligible for funding. All projects are based on the lead partner principle and the number of project partners must correspond to the objectives of the project.

The projects can be submitted by the Lead Partner (LP) in an official call for proposals published by the managing authority. Applications are submitted electronically exclusively via the monitoring system of the programme. As a rule, the calls remain open between six and eight weeks. All requirements for the submission of proposals as well as all necessary documents are specified for each call and defined in the corresponding call text.
